RETURNS: Due to sanitary purposes, any trousers which have been "used" cannot be returned. "Used"
means soiled with urine and/or washed. Absolutely no exceptions.
All returns must be approved by Tamashii Co., LLC via e-mail prior to product being returned. Any unsolicited
package which has not been approved for return will be refused.
E-mail us with notification of return and we will advise you via return e-mail if your return is within the
parameters of our return policy.
You may return the unused pair via U.S. Postal Service within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your
order less shipping charges and less a 25% re-stocking fee (exchanges are excluded from this fee). Orders
that are past the 14 day return policy will not be accepted back into our inventory. Any shipment that is
shipped back to us after this time will be refused and returned to sender.
